The Top of the Beech Inn is kept entirely a non-smoking
inn. There will be a cleaning charge of $200 per room, if the policy is ignored.
Reservations
Check-in time
is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For later arrivals, please make arrangements, otherwise deposits will be forfeited. Check-out
time is 11:00 am. All reservations are secured with a deposit for the first night except holidays or special holiday
weekends where a 2-day minimum stay is required. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and we will confirm
your reservation by fax or email. Final payment is due within 5 days of a reservation and 15 days before arrival.
Personal checks are accepted when received 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations
Cancellations more than
15 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 process fee. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or
early departures. General
Our rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $10 is requested for each
additional person. Children are welcome at the inns and must be properly supervised by their parents. However, we
have no special bedding for children available. Our rates are subject to change without notice.
