The  Top of the Beech Inn is kept entirely a non-smoking inn. There will be a cleaning charge of $200 per room, if the policy is ignored.

Reservations

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For later arrivals, please make arrangements, otherwise deposits will be forfeited.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • All reservations are secured with a deposit for the first night except holidays or special holiday weekends where a 2-day minimum stay is required. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and we will confirm your reservation by fax or email.
  • Final payment is due within 5 days of a reservation and 15 days before arrival. Personal checks are accepted when received 30 days prior to check-in.

    Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 process fee.
  • There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

    General

  • Our rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $10 is requested for each additional person.
  • Children are welcome at the inns and must be properly supervised by their parents. However, we have no special bedding for children available.
  • Our rates are subject to change without notice.
